I admit… when I first heard the words ‘Fat Bomb’ I had no idea what to expect.. other than lots of fat!  Honestly, I was sort of intimidated to try them.

Why in the world would I want to eat that much fat in one small treat?

Well, now I know why!

 

Fat Bombs are delicious and convenient snacks that are FULL of healthy fats.  

Not only that but most fat bomb recipes are low carb, so they don’t spike your blood sugar or insulin very much either (great for weight loss!).
