Here's What You Get With A Coaching Session...

Free Health Assessment

Before the coaching session begins and a personalized health plan can be designed, Kayla will provide a free health assessment. This is done by sending you a detailed health questionnaire, which allows Kayla to narrow down your health symptoms, daily dietary intake, etc. and pinpoint the underlying root of your symptoms.

This will give both yourself and Kayla a clear roadmap on how to achieve your health & weight loss goals much quicker.

1-Hour Phone Session

After taking your health assessment questionnaire, you and Kayla will have a 1-hour coaching session where you guys will discuss the answers you gave from the questionnaire, what underlying health issue(s) you may have, and the solution to helping you eliminate your symptoms and achieve your goals.

This phone session will be all about finding solutions so that Kayla can design a health plan tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle.

Personalized Health Plan

Once we nail down the solutions to your health symptoms, the fun part begins. Kayla will designed a entire health packet just for you!

This plan will include specific guidelines on how to reverse your specific symptoms, meal ideas and recipes tailored to your health and weight loss goals, a custom natural supplement plan to fix any underlying nutritional deficiencies or imbalances in the body, food guides on which foods to eat and which to avoid, and much more!

Health Guides

Kayla will also gives you some basic health guides in addition to the personalized health plan. These guides will include things like a Dining Out Guide to help you choose the healthiest options on the menu, a Clean Water Guide to ensure you're drinking the cleanest water (hint: fluoride in water can affect your thyroid), a Meat & Produce Guide to help you choose the cleanest foods even if you're on a budget, and many more!

Direct Email Access

You will get direct email access and priority with Kayla for 30 days after your session. This means you can email her questions if you're not clear about something on the health plan or if you need more clarification. It's also a great way to keep Kayla posted on your results so Kayla can keep you motivated!

Kayla is typically able to respond to clients within 1-3 business days.

Health Assessment

Answer the health questionnaire that’ll be sent to you automatically. This is going to help Kayla find the solution that best fits your needs.

Step #3

Coaching Call

You and Kayla will have a 1-Hour coaching session. This call will help Kayla to get more familiar with your health and weight loss goals so she can create a more personalized plan for you.

Step #4

Health Plan

After the call, Kayla will develop a personalized plan for you (usually takes about one week) and you can begin your new health journey!

Step #5

Follow-Up Session (Optional)

After being on the health plan for 30+ days, feel free to book a follow-up session with Kayla for only $75 to tweak your health plan as you move forward with this new lifestyle change.

Kayla is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who uses whole food nutrition to help eliminate negative health symptoms and bring the body back into balance naturally. After experiencing many health issues herself, including hormonal imbalance, celiac disease, adult acne, brain fog, weight fluctuations, mercury toxicity, and more, she was able to heal herself via 100% holistic means. She did this by utilizing what she calls "targeted nutrition" to address any underlying imbalances, such as nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, etc.
