Balancing Berry-licious Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 handfuls Spinach
  • 1/2 C. Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 C. Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. ENJOY!
