Fat-Burning Turmeric Smoothie

This smoothie is paleo and keto friendly.  It's very intense (taste-wise) but is great for reducing bloat & inflammation and increasing metabolism!

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1.5 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp MCT Oil or Unrefined Coconut Oil
  • 2 Scoops Collagen Vanilla Protein Powder (or your favorite vanilla protein powder)
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric (start slowly if you're not used to the taste)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Ground Ginger (optional)
  • Low Carb Sweetener, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.. ENJOY!
